Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts
FTE: Full-Time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period
Location: Outpatient Psychiatry - Oceanside
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides clinical oversight to members of the social work team including individual and peer case consultation and feedback, and in-service training, as needed. Provides direct service provision for children and families; assists in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers (i.e. hospital and community partners).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree
3 years of experience
State of CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by AHA
Certification in Clinical Supervision in the State of California
Experience in assessment and treatment of children and adolescents
Computer skills sufficient to train and oversee quality of data entry and electronic charting, utilize program compliance reports, and produce program forms, educational materials, and visual presentations
Prior experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, lead others and train team members
CA Driver's License and Auto Insurance : Kids and Teens in Court (KTIC)-Chadwick.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
4 years of experience
One year experience in a leadership role
Experience working in mental or behavioral health setting
Knowledge of evidence-based practices utilized in clinical interventions
