The Patient Access Representative (PAR) is the first person to interact with a patient family. Whether onsite in a clinic, or in the Central Scheduling call center, the PAR provides exceptional customer service, getting the patient registered and scheduled, verifying insurance and seeking authorizations for treatment. When onsite, the PAR checks in the patient when they arrive and completes all necessary paperwork and signatures. The Patient Access Rep should be kind and compassionate, helping a concerned family feel comfortable.

Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts
FTE: Full-Time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period
The Template Optimization Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing provider schedules/ templates for specified departments. Works with leadership and senior leadership to calculate and validate provider FTE. Analyzes data from dashboards and reports to make recommendations to improve access to care, provider productivity, and waste elimination. Serves as schedule/template gatekeeper. Works toward foreseeing challenges with access and develops and implements a plan of correction.
Bachelor's Degree in area of Study in a Field Related to the Position
4 years of experience
4 years of experience required in template building or managing provider schedules OR Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or equivalent course work
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to organize work, set priorities and effectively accomplish required duties with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and self-directed
Competent English grammar and composition skills
