Our team of development experts seeks a highly-motivated, detailed-oriented team player to support our efforts. The Administrative Associate will coordinate and perform a variety of administrative tasks for his/her supervisor and the team including, but not limited to, managing calendars and scheduling meetings; coordinating meeting logistics (room reservations, catering, A/V, etc.); answering phones; drafting memos; and supporting the execution of a variety of communications and prospect/donor engagement strategies. This position is key to ensuring smooth operations for the team, and will oversee the reimbursement and invoice process; help manage vendor relationships; effectively work with external, inter- and intra-departmental teams; assist with database entry to help track fundraising activity; pull lists and queries from the database as needed/requested; and plan and execute other projects as assigned within scope of responsibility.

He/She should be articulate, poised, and possess good written and oral communication skills.
JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinates and performs department/unit administrative activities including, but not limited to, storing, retrieving and integrating information for dissemination to staff, customers, clients, vendors, patients and families. Coordinates functions required to ensure smooth operations, plans and executes projects within scope of responsibility, and works with external, inter and intra departmental teams to support department/unit. Provides training and orientation for new staff and troubleshoots office technologies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, GED or Foreign equivalent
Two years of experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
Competent English grammar and composition skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree
Three years of experience
Typing at 50 words per minute
Software specific to departmental needs
Experience specific to area of support
The expected hiring range for this position is $24.26 to $33.36
