Clinical Lab Scientist II- Blood Bank

Responsible for a variety of high-complexity, clinical laboratory testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology and Blood Bank. Perform QC/QA procedures, preventive maintenance and test validation. Review and report test results in accordance with laboratory standards. Maintain working knowledge of hospital and laboratory policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
1 year of experience
CA Clinical Lab Scientist Licensure
Limited Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) Licenses may be accepted as an alternative to the California Clinical Laboratory Scientist Generalist License but scope of practice is limited to the specialty or subspecialty the individual is licensed for.
Limited CLS Licenses include, but are not limited to: Clinical Chemist Scientist License, Clinical Hematologist Scientist License, Clinical Immunohematologist Scientist License, and Clinical Microbiologist Scientist License.
