JOB SUMMARY:

Initiates and manages multiple cooperative group trials such as Children's Oncology Group (COG) clinical trials related to pediatric cancer to include, but not limited to: execution of research protocols in accordance with GCP, FDA, HIPAA and all required regulatory guidelines; submission of protocols and renewals to IRB and scientific review boards; management and submission of electronic data forms to Sponsors, CROs and regulatory agencies. Interfaces with patients/subjects and the Principal Investigators (PI) as well as working with Hematology/Oncology inpatient and outpatient clinical staff and other departments within the Institution. Coordinates preparation for regulatory and data audits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

3 years of experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

4 years of experience

1-2 years clinical trials experience in cooperative group research
