DEI Program Manager - Administration

The DEI Program Manager provides vision and leadership and guides the implementation of the DEI strategic, tracks data and progress, and ensures that program and department milestones and goals are met and adhere to approved budgets. The DEI Program Manager is responsible for the management, coordination, planning and evaluation of the diverse functions and activities of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Ensures strategic and financial planning and coordination of all DEI programs. This individual must have strong written and oral skills and be highly organized and be comfortable making decisions and working with little direction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 Years of Experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree
5 Years of Experience
The expected hiring range for this position is $37.63 to $51.75
