JOB SUMMARY:
Working under the supervision of the Human Resources (HR) Compliance Manager, the Compliance Analyst assists in the development, implementation, auditing, monitoring and evaluation of the HR Compliance program structure and processes that ensure organizational compliance with applicable federal and state law and Joint Commission standards. Key areas for evaluation include auditing and monitoring of processes related to recruitment, compensation/classification, wage and hour; time and attendance, disability accommodations, leaves of absence, health and welfare benefit plans, privacy, records management, federal contractor requirements and related areas.

The HR Compliance Analyst assists in developing and updating applicable policies and procedures, work plans and training materials and assists with project management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1 Year of Experience

1-2 Years of HR-Related Experience

1 Year of Audit/Analytical Experience Involving Human Resources Functions

Demonstrated competence in performing audits, producing reports, formulating remediation or mitigation plans, and conducting follow-up audits.

Requires flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple projects and activities to meet all external and internal deadlines. Extremely organized and excellent time management skills. Ability to quicklytroubleshoot issues and provide solutions.

Strong customer service orientation required. Must possess a courteous and professional demeanor and exhibit good judgment when assisting/interacting with others.

Able to thrive in a work environment emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.

Strong attention to detail required to produce thorough, accurate and high-quality work. Capable of planning and performing reviews of moderate difficulty and complexity with minimal supervision.

Must have an interest in learning about technology automation and implementing effective automation solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) required.

Proactive, creative, and flexible in determining, evaluating, researching, and resolving issues.

Ability to work with minimum supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience
