Lead, Social Worker II - Psychiatry Resources

JOB SUMMARY:
Provides clinical oversight focused on consultation and feedback related to Quality Improvement support for Outpatient Psychiatry department, and in-service training, as needed. Provides direct service provision for children and families; assists in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers (i.e. hospital and community partners).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree
3 years of experience
State of CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by AHA
Certification in Clinical Supervision in the State of California
Experience in assessment and treatment of children and adolescents
Computer skills sufficient to train and oversee quality of data entry and electronic charting, utilize program compliance reports, and produce program forms, educational materials, and visual presentations
Prior experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, lead others and train team members
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
4 years of experience
One year experience in a leadership role
Experience working in mental or behavioral health setting
Knowledge of evidence-based practices utilized in clinical interventions
