JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Unit/Department Director, this position is assigned managerial &clinical responsibilities of the nursing unit/department & staff related to the coordination & operationof the department/unit. Team member whose responsibilities include leading, managing, &influencing the daily operational activities associated with the assigned team. Supports the overallbusiness plan by monitoring team performance & outcomes relative to establishedgoals/measurements..

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree 
4 Years of Experience 
BLS for Health Providers (AHA)
California RN License


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree

POSITION DETAILS:

Schedule: Days, Exempt

FTE: 1.0 FTE/Full-time benefit- Eligible

Location: Hospital - Nelson Pavilion
