Schedule: Days, 8 hour shifts
FTE: 80 hours per two week pay period
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of the Sr. Director for Ancillary & Support Services, is responsible for all
supervisory & management functions related to the operation of the pharmacy. Provides the full
range of pharmacy services, including management of the outpatient pharmacy. Responsible for the
performance aspects of pharmacy services: planning, personnel management, financial
performance & distribution of medications, clinical programs, procurement, storage, inventory
control, compounding, quality, safety & education. The Pharmacist in Chief has an academic
position at the UC Skaggs School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Doctorate Degree (non-MD)
Registered Pharmacist
7 years’ experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in clinical research and instruction
The expected hiring range for this position is $81.96 to $112.70 |
