JOB SUMMARY:
Research Compliance Program Manager Rady Children's Hospital - San Diego is committed to the highest standards of integrity in all areas of research & resolves that all such activities will be conducted in accordance with strict ethical principles & in compliance with federal, state & hospital regulations & policies. The Research Compliance Program Manager will improve research efforts by providing excellent support & consultative services, in areas related to the regulatory & ethical aspects of conducting research for optimal outcomes of child health. Reporting to the Research Administration Officer, the Manager Research Compliance & Regulatory Affairs will be responsible for auditing & oversight of ongoing research, provide educational programs for Principal Investigators & research staff, & maintain the hospital's research-related assurances & accreditations with the appropriate government agencies. S/he will function as the primary contact for all policies & procedures related to the conduct of research & will be responsible for other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Bachelor's Degree 
•    2 Years of Experience 
•    Demonstrated experience and understanding of research compliance topics and related government regulations. Experience implementing research               involving human subjects.
•    High level of competency with databases and/or systems applications. 
•    Relevant experience within grants or compliance environment 
•    Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•    5 Years of Experience

The expected hiring range for this position is $30.53 - $45.41
