The Business Ops Analyst - Genomics focuses on cross-domain decision support and forward looking analysis in support of leadership priorities by performing complex analysis using modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis methodologies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
4 Years of Experience
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, including system, process and business analytics for problem solving, evaluation of initiatives, and effective organization of information.
Strong project management skills and organizational skills; able to work both independently and collaboratively manage multiple priorities and contribute effectively within a team-based environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. Able to prepare clear, well-structured presentations or materials that communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.
Expert computer skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience working with data sets, databases, or analytical tools.
Demonstrated commitment to respecting differences and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree
Area of study in life sciences, public health field, healthcare operations, or a related field
The current salary range for this position is $45.75 to $62.90
