Client Experience Representative - Research Initiatives - Genomics

The Client Experience Representative serves as the primary interface, contact point and concierge for external partners of Rady Children's Institute for Genomics Medicine (RCIGM). The Client Experience Representative will focus on providing comprehensive support to clients, facilitating client communication, managing client inquiries, and ensuring clients have the necessary resources to effectively utilize our products and services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
Passionate about delivering exceptional client service in the healthcare and clinical laboratory industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively while building relationships with healthcare providers, administrative clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated evidence of strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a client-focused attitude.
Experienced in appropriate phone and email etiquette, interpersonal skills, and able to de-escalate during challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Proficient in databases, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Microsoft Office applications. Strong data entry skills, and keen attention to details, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Comfortable working with internal technical teams, with critical thinking and triaging skills to resolve issues efficiently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous client service experience, preferably within a clinical laboratory, pharmacy, hospital, physician's office, and/or other healthcare environment. Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Healthcare industry experience with HIPAA compliance and knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of genome sequencing laboratory workflows.
The current salary range for this position is $34.14 to $46.94
