Clinical Lab Scientist II (CLS) - Lab - Hematology- Sign On Bonus

Seeking CLS with Strong Hematology & Blood Bank Expertise (Pediatric experience a plus!) Sign On Bonus eligible.
We are looking for a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with solid experience in hematology and blood bank, along with the flexibility to cross-cover STAT microbiology and chemistry procedures. The ideal candidate is proficient in QC/QA, preventive maintenance and is comfortable reviewing and releasing results in accordance with laboratory standards. Candidates should maintain a strong working knowledge of hospital and laboratory policies and procedures.
Preferred LIS and Instrumentation Experience (or similar):
- Laboratory Information Systems: Epic Beaker, WellSky
- Blood Bank Analyzer: Ortho Vision Swift
- Hematology: Beckman Coulter DxH series, CellaVision
- Coagulation: Stago STA Compact Max (CMAX)
- Urinalysis: Akray AUTION series, Iris iQ/Beckman Coulter urinalysis platforms
Schedule: Night shift preferred • Full-time • Rotating weekends
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
1 year of experience
CA Clinical Lab Scientist Licensure
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
4 years of experience

The current salary range for this position is $50.43 to $69.35
