We are seeking a Director, Hematology/Oncology to lead a team of dedicated and highly skilled healthcare professionals that seek to make a difference in the lives of our patients and families.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Nursing Director collaborates with Sr. leadership and subordinate staff to plan, implement, and evaluate processes related to performance improvement, staffing effectiveness, fiscal management, staff competence, and customer service outcomes within designated units/services. Ensures that regulatory requirements/standards are communicated, implemented, and monitored. Collaborates with other members of the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate activities related to department and organizational objectives. Models customer service excellence. Participates in rotational on-call duties including, but not limited to emergency situations, maintenance malfunctions, or staffing situations that require coverage.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
Master's Degree
5 Years of Experience
California RN License
At least five (5) years leadership experience in Hematology/Oncology Specialty
Broad knowledge of the disciplines represented in the department and of the laws and regulations pertaining to services provided by the department 
Bachelor's Degree with current enrollment in a Master's Degree program will be accepted


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
6 Years of Experience
Certified Peds Oncology Nurse

The expected hiring range for this position is $90.36 - $124.25
