Director, Specialty Clinics (RN) - RCSSD Administration

The Director, Specialty Clinics (RN) manages, coordinates, plans, evaluates & improves the functions & activities of the Rady Children's Medical Practice Foundation (MPF) ambulatory clinics. The Director is responsible for the management & operation of existing & new specialty clinics & sites within San Diego & surrounding areas. The Director must work effectively with multiple constituencies including physicians, physician extenders, direct care givers, revenue cycle staff, & other MPF & hospital departments to meet the operational, financial, & strategic objectives of the MPF, The Director is specifically responsible for the clinical aspects of care delivery within the MPF including developing clinical workflows, defining clinical roles, maintaining adherence to scope of practice, designing and improving the clinical aspect of EMR interface, quality improvement, care
redesign and optimization. The Director will also help design and implement MPF wide care improvement initiatives using data driven analytics, patient registries and appropriate performance measures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
5 Years of Experience
BLS for Health Providers (American Heart Association)
California RN License
Experience which would demonstrate ability to manage a complex medical practice in a busy, ambulatory setting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree
6 Years of Experience
Experience in pediatric specialty/subspecialty practice
The current salary range for this position is $82.14 to $112.94
