JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Representative supports the human resources department by providing first point of contact for all callers, visitors, and employees. The HR Rep assists HR team members with projects and initiatives as identified by HR Leadership. Provides excellent service to internal and external customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
One year of HR / administrative experience
Working knowledge of PC office products
Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
Ability to engage with challenging customers with tact and consideration, both on the phone and in person
Ability to handle multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and work under frequent job pressure generated by tight deadlines.
Experience in an office environment performing similar functions or an equivalent combination of Human Resources, education and/or administrative experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
Two or more years of experience
Bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
The current salary range for this position is $23.10 to $31.77
Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable. The range listed above does not represent the full salary range for the position but is the expected hiring range for qualified candidates. Compensation decisions consider a variety of factors including experience, education, licensure, unique skillsets, organizational need, and internal equity. This posting will remain open from the “date posted” until the hiring manager has determined there is a sufficient applicant pool or until the position is filled.
