Manager, Claims - CHOC MSO

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for supervision of the claims department staff for both the hospital & the Medical Practice Foundation claims units. Responsibilities include day-to-day supervision & human resources needs of the unit staff; managing the weekly check run processes for both check runs; setting, monitoring & evaluating the claims processing production & accuracy of the claims staff. Responsible for all external audit & compliance requirements imposed upon the organization from delegated Health Plans & State & Federal Regulations. Responsible for supervision of the Analyst tasked with maintenance of EZ cap system.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree

3 Years of Experience

Health Care Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s Degree

5 Years of Experience

The current salary range for this position is $41.49 to $57.05
