Manager, DS Inpatient & Medical Therapy Services - Developmental Services Admin

Provides vision and leadership for multiple service lines to include overall administrative, operational, fiscal and personnel responsibility. Manager is responsible for the management, coordination, planning and evaluation of the diverse functions and activities of Developmental Services programs and services at hospital and specialty clinics, community NICUs, and health services satellite locations, under their purview. Ensures strategic and financial planning and coordination of services, collaborating with all pertinent stakeholders, as needed. Interfaces with medical leadership and staff around provision of patient care services. Resolves administrative, operational, and customer service issues. Ensures consistent business practices across disciplines, as well as uniform care and compliance with accreditation, licensing and regulatory requirements. Works collaboratively with appropriate DS leaders relative to personnel development and management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
5 Years of Experience
BLS for Health Providers (AHA)
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Pathology
Licensure in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Pathology
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work in a Windows environment
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for quality/process improvement and implement rapid cycle improvements
Ability to coach, counsel and provide general supervision and performance feedback to others, facilitate meetings and lead decision making, as demonstrated by prior leadership experience
Proficient in social health and welfare, health care management, program planning implementation and evaluation
Experience facilitating and coordinating activities with teams across multiple disciplines
Five years' experience in an inpatient therapy clinical setting, developing a broad-based knowledge in disciplines and services represented in Developmental Services
Ability to develop, monitor and manage financial operations of the center

3 years prior leadership experience
The current salary range for this position is $58.38 to $80.28
