JOB SUMMARY:
The manager works closely with the Director of Behavioral Health to provide 24/7 operational oversight of all staff & program needs for Medical Social Work and the BHUC. The manager oversees the clinical, programmatic and contractual activities with an emphasis on operational improvement. Works closely with the Director in the development of annual budgets, ensuring productivity standards are met and metrics are reported timely. The manager oversees the Supervisor of Inpatient Behavior Health and their responsibilities, ensures human resource management, clinical evidence-based training development, staff scheduling, monitoring of fiscal performance, contract compliance and management of overall department needs. The manager actively partners with, Director, RCHSD internal and external stakeholders, responds to patient satisfaction/customer service recovery and complaint resolution and assumes a variety of special projects and assignments as determined by the Director or Senior Leadership. Represents the departments in both internal and external meetings and committees when necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree
Area of Study in a Field Related to the Position
6 Years of Experience
Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California (LCSW)
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
7 Years of Experience
The current salary range for this position is $58.38 to $80.28
