JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of the MPF Director, this position is assigned managerial responsibility for the coordination and operation of all aspects of a specialty practice(s). Oversee day-to-day operations of administrative, research, and clinical staff, assisting in improving physicians satisfaction by providing exceptional and positive communications, patient care, and improved revenue. Monitors and manages staffing needs and patient volume. Develops site(s) business strategies and represents the hospital and ambulatory services internally and externally to ensure that quality services are available to all children.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
Five years of experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Leadership experience in a pediatric specialty/subspecialty practice
Experience with EPIC or EMR systems
The current salary range for this position is $41.49 to $57.05
