JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager, Administration is responsible for enhancing the organization through successful critical thinking, project management, data analysis methodology and interpretation for decision making. This includes supporting leadership through the planning, facilitation, and implementation of operational projects, performance improvement initiatives, and use of data tracking and analytical tools.
Key responsibilities include:
• Establish modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of initiatives. Support strategic and operational projects;
• Develop, monitor and maintain work plans for the designated Senior Vice President;
• Serve as the facilitator for the resolution and implementation of operational issues within areas of oversight;
• Prepare reports and presentations suitable for the Senior Leadership meetings, Committees, Board presentations, and other internal and external audiences; and
• Conduct special projects and studies as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience, or 3 years of experience with Master’s
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook are required; and willingness to learn new software and management tools as needed.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of information systems, including office automation and data analysis tools such as MS office, Visio, R, etc.
Experience in a hospital environment
Ability to perform complex analysis using modeling, forecasting and statistical analysis methodologies.
Ability to prepare complex written and graphic reports that explain and interpret data trends.

Master's Degree
The current salary range for this position is $37.63 to $51.75
