Senior Financial Analyst - Administration - Genomics

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs complex analysis using modeling, forecasting and statistical analysis methodologies. Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and makes recommendations to solve problems. Follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities and to determine problem areas and develop solutions. Oversees work flow, process improvement efforts and manages a variety of projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree

3 Years of Experience

Knowledge of effective organizational and management principles/techniques.

Knowledge of methods and techniques of data, financial and process analyses.

Experience in a supervisory capacity and the ability to direct and develop others.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency with data processing and computer applications (including Excel and Word).

Project management skills

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s Degree

5 Years of Experience

Fundamentals of hospital organization, management techniques, TJC and Title 22 requirements.

Basic hospital accounting

The current salary range for this position is $50.43 to $69.35
