Strategic Business Project Manager - Administration
San Diego, CaliforniaThis position is located onsite in San Diego at Rady Children's Hospital. Occasional remote days can be offered, but position is expected to be onsite.

JOB SUMMARY:
Serve as the project manager, advisor and internal consultant in the development and implementation of new programs and program expansions in existing regions and new geographies. Establish modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of initiatives Support strategic and operational projects. Facilitate joint venture and strategic partnership management. Development, monitoring and maintenance of work plans for the Executive Team in strategic projects and budget improvement. Serve as the facilitator for the resolution and implementation of operational issues across multiple cross functional departments. Compile reports and presentations suitable for the Executive Team, Joint Venture Committees, Board presentations, and other external audiences. Assist in leadership development training. At the direction of executive leadership, acts as a resource and guide for leadership in navigating goals and projects across the health system Conduct special projects and studies as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree
3 years of experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years of experience
The current salary range for this position is $48.03 to $66.06
