JOB SUMMARY:

The Supervisor, Customer Care / Patient Advocacy, oversees daily operations of the Patient Advocacy team at the Rady Children's Health, San Diego site. This role ensures exceptional patient and family experiences by supervising staff, managing escalated concerns, and fostering collaboration with clinical and administrative departments. The Supervisor serves as the on-site leader for patient relations, drives service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

H.S. Diploma,GED,or Equivalent

3 Years of Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in patient advocacy, customer service, or healthcare operations.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of hospital policies, patient rights, HIPAA regulations, and quality improvement practices.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Demonstrated commitment to respecting differences and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

5 Years of Experience

The current salary range for this position is $32.51 - $44.70.
