Supervisor, Population Health & Network Quality - Population Health Administration

The Supervisor, Population Health & Network Quality is responsible for identifying, implementing and evaluating quality improvement initiatives with a primary focus on Rady Children's Health Network (RCHN) HEDIS/AMP compliance and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) metrics, data, and workflow improvement activities in conjunction with leadership. This role reports to the Mgr.Care Redesign/RCHN Services and provides leadership, analytical insights, and operational management to improve quality performance measures. The Supervisor manages members of the Population Health Department Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) team, to meet the needs of HEDIS care gap closure, ECM support processes, closed loop referrals and other PCC assignments. Additionally, the role supports and performs population health analytics, quality reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance network-wide quality initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
3 Years of Experience
Experience in data analysis, performance metrics, and process improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Epic, REDCap, Cozeva, SQL, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred
Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of NCQA and MCAS HEDIS and AMP standards, and managed care operations
Experience in meeting managed care plan guidelines for Enhanced Care Management performance
Demonstrated commitment to respecting differences and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

The current salary range for this position is $39.51 to $54.33
