Our DEI Council

At Rady Children’s, our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion ensures that the perspectives and priorities of all people are reflected in our company’s goals. As such, we formed the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council, bringing together passionate individuals across the organization to drive meaningful change and create an environment where every voice is valued and heard. Together, they are dedicated to shaping policies, fostering dialogue, and implementing initiatives that create a workplace culture where every individual is not only accepted but celebrated for their unique contributions. Our DEI Council also established five subcommittees to reinforce our commitment to support our DEI efforts.

Team Resource Groups (TRGs)

At Rady Children’s, we believe that every team member should feel empowered and supported to bring their authentic selves to work. Center for Gender-Affirming Care

At the Center for Gender-Affirming Care, our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based care and support to transgender and non-binary youth and their families. Through a multidisciplinary family systems approach, we bring together mental health professionals, endocrinology and adolescent medicine to provide comprehensive care.
