Associate Chief Nursing Officer - Inpatient Services

This position is responsible for providing oversight and support for Patient Care Services operations through assuming administrative responsibilities to support clinical operations including facilitating development of annual operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, oversight for operational metrics, quality and regulatory readiness, disaster preparedness, patient flow, facilities development, recruitment and retention, staffing, productivity, collective bargaining relationships, and patient experience. Coordinates and collaborates with organizational leaders in planning and implementing program expansion and growth, including new business ventures, construction, and projects. Has direct responsibility for Central Support and Dialysis, Infusion and Transplant. Works cooperatively with Administrative Staff, Medical Staff and department staff members. The ACNO – Clinical Operations must be a highly engaged self-starter with a track record of demonstrated success in accomplishing organizational objectives. The ACNO – Clinical Operations and also serves as a member of senior management in Patient Care Services and as such, provides strategy formulation and operational support of for interprofessional professional practice. Participates in rotational on-call duties including, but not limited to, responding to emergency situations, maintenance malfunctions, or staffing situations that require overage.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree
CA RN License
5 Years of Experience
At least 5 years in administrative or supervisory experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Doctorate Degree (non MD)
6 Years of Experience
The current salary range for this position is $94.88 to $130.46
