JOB SUMMARY:
Ensures Rady Children's Health meets post-merger conditions set forth by the California Attorney General. Using principles of project management, manages RCH compliance with AG conditions, including the oversight and tracking of AG Monitor information requests, production of materials & reports, coordination of personnel interviews, and the development of internal and external reporting and presentations. Works with subject matter experts in functional areas including Compliance, Legal, IT, Finance, Human Resources and Managed Care to ensure timely production of response documents.
Serves as project manager for integration of the RCH enterprise policy and procedure program. Participates in the development and execution of a system-wide policy and procedure management program. Oversees system implementation for the RCH network including policy review, migration of documents and other related tasks.
Develops, monitors and maintains project work plans associated with AG compliance and Policy & Procedure Program Integration. Serves as facilitator for the resolution and implementation of operational issues within areas of oversight. Prepares reports and presentations for Senior Leadership meetings, committees, Board presentations and other internal and external audiences.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 Years of Experience
Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential or equivalent combination of education and relevant project management experience can be accepted in lieu of Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential
Demonstrated commitment to respecting differences and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

Master’s Degree

The current salary range for this position is $39.22 to $64.44

The range listed above does not represent the full salary range for the position but is the expected hiring range for qualified candidates. Compensation decisions consider a variety of factors including experience, education, licensure, unique skillsets, organizational need, and internal equity.
