Business Associate 1A (Casual) - Pharmacy

This is a casual position which is subject to renewal on 05/29/2026.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for administrative and clerical support of the Home department. These functions include oversight of the fax queue, faxing and scanning; maintaining records of daily home visits, scheduling, confirming clinical information; generating reports as required, processing charges, and filing documents appropriately. This position provides support to other Business Associates and Administrative Associates, as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma, GED or Foreign equivalent

1 year of experience

Experience in a healthcare setting utilizing computer programs; Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Meditech, EPIC, and/or other healthcare related programs

Experience with multiple phone lines and multifunctional devices for copying, scanning and faxing

Experience with medical terminology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate's degree

2 years of experience

Previous home health, home infusion pharmacy experience

Bilingual English/Spanish

The current salary range for this position is $21.00 to $28.88
