JOB SUMMARY:

Clinical Ops Mgmt Analyst is an experienced clinician who has expertise in pediatric patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, patient safety, quality improvement, and the use of technology to optimize care delivery processes. They are an advocate for clinicians and staff, translating clinical standards and requirements into technical specifications for the HER (Electronic Health Record). The Clinical Ops Mgmt Analyst, provides expertise and support to highly visible, sensitive, and multi-faceted clinical projects and is responsible for the successful turnover of projects to production. The Clinical Ops Mgmt Analyst, will work closely with the Associate Chief Quality Officer, clinical operations leadership, physicians, nurses, clinical informaticists, department leadership, quality and safety to clarify needs, prioritize requests, design workflows to fit with electronic systems, and execute change. The Clinica Ops Mgmt Analyst will be proficient in the EHR application training (Ambulatory, IP, Optime, Clin Doc, or others as applicable) obtained while in the role or by way of formal accreditation offered by health record system. Responsible for focused, ongoing training (physician and staff in groups, teams, and individual 1:1 sessions).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree

3 Years of Experience

Valid California RN, RT, MD, or other clinical license

Experience using electronic health records

Clinical experience

Must possess skills and experience in oral and written communications. This is applicable to analysis, documentation, project management/request deliverables and documentation, application/systems

specifications, project preparation, risk identification and escalation. Ability to present to a broad spectrum of individuals and groups including senior management, physicians, and health care professionals

Demonstrated ability to perform in a team environment, utilize effective team relationship skills and interact at all levels of the organization

Demonstrated level of integrity and trust, capable of maintaining confidential information.

Demonstrated customer service focus, ability to self-motivate and self-direct, balance competing priorities and critical thinking, analysis and problem solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree

5 Years of Experience

Degree in clinical informatics

Epic certification/training

Clinical experience in pediatric setting

The current salary range for this position is $48.03 to $66.06
