JOB SUMMARY:

Financial Counselors make a difference every single day at Rady Children's. As compassionate and understanding navigators of insurance and reimbursement resources, Financial Counselors help uninsured or underinsured families apply for various government-sponsored healthcare resources, including MediCal and California Children's Services (CCS), as well as assist families with payment plans and other options to resolve patient account balances.
