JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager, Customer Experience (CX) - Sales Operations will oversee both customer service operations and sales processes, ensuring smooth customer interactions while optimizing sales efficiency through data analysis, process improvement, and technology implementation, effectively bridging the gap between customer support and sales teams to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences or other related field

Five (5) years of customer experience leadership in healthcare, biotech or other related field

Background in sales operations management with a strong understanding of sales principles

Experience with data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities

Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and sales performance

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions

Proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other relevant sales and customer service tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high performance customer service teams

Demonstrated commitment to respecting differences and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

The current salary range for this position is $52.95 to $72.81
