JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager Employee Relations partners with HR and business leaders to support compliance initiatives, promote positive employee relations, and mitigate organizational risk. This role provides guidance on workforce relations matters, including policy interpretation, investigations, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. The Manager supports the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures while ensuring alignment with applicable employment laws and organizational objectives. This position also assists with organizational change initiatives, HR compliance activities, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance the employee experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Five (5) years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or related Human Resources role.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, interpreting HR policies, and applying employment laws

Experience partnering with leaders to resolve workplace issues and support business objectives

Current working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR compliance requirements, workplace investigations, and employee relations practices

Experience developing and delivering HR training or educational resources is preferred

Working knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, compliance standards, and best practices

Ability to draft, revise, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels

Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and respond professionally in sensitive situations

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and support informed decision-making

Ability to work collaboratively across HR and business teams while supporting organizational objectives

Demonstrated commitment to respecting differences and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Seven (7) or more years of progressive HR experience

Previous lead, project management, or supervisory experience

Healthcare industry experience

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

The current salary range for this position is $58.76 to $96.54

The range listed above does not represent the full salary range for the position but is the expected hiring range for qualified candidates.
