JOB SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Contract Manager at Rady Children's Hospital plays a critical role in optimizing procurement and vendor management. This position is responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing contracts with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with hospital regulations. The Contract Manager collaborates with various departments to support the procurement process and drive cost-saving initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

3 Years of Experience

In-depth knowledge of healthcare procurement regulations and compliance standards.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze and assess complex contracts.

Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree

5 Years of Experience

Prefer Vizient GPO experience and familiarity with their tools.

The expected hiring range for this position is $43.57 to $59.90
