JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of, and in conjunction with, the Lead Painter, the Painter is expected to observe general conditions of the Campus Facilities and suggest/take appropriate actions to maintain a clean, damage-free and safe environment. As assigned by the Lead Painter, the Painter will independently perform project work orders in a timely and constructive manner to meet the needs of the customer.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma, GED, or Foreign equivalent

One year of experience

CA Driver License

Ability to use painting tools including sprayers, rollers, brushes, compressors, trowels and ladders

Knowledge of paint products and of application techniques

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Three years of experience

EPA certification for lead paint abatement

The current salary range for this position is $23.10 to $31.77
