We are seeking a highly capable, intellectually curious, and technologically proficient Project Manager to support the Vice President and Directors in leading strategic initiatives and ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of the Medical Practice Foundation. This role is critical to advancing organizational priorities and supporting a high-performing leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
This position blends project management and administrative leadership support, requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will proactively drive initiatives forward, track progress against goals, and ensure accountability across workstreams.
The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, thinks both critically and strategically, and serves as a trusted partner to leaders—helping keep priorities aligned and initiatives moving efficiently toward completion.
Collaboration & Environment
The individual in this role will join a collaborative, mission-driven team and work closely with a wide range of departments across the hospital system. These partnerships include, but are not limited to, inpatient services, care navigation, customer service, patient experience, and clinical information systems. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a part of the Medical Practice Foundation (MPF) Analytics and Clinical Operations Team, the

Project Manager is responsible for enhancing the organization through successful application of

project management and data analysis methodology. This includes supporting MPF leadership

through the planning, facilitation, and implementation of operational projects, performance

improvement initiatives, and use of data tracking and analytical tools to support ambulatory divisions,

service lines, and enterprise-wide priorities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

3 Years of Experience in project management, data analytics, or related field. Advanced degree may substitute for experience.

Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook are required; and willingness to learn new software and maangement tools as needed.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of information systems, including office automation and data analysis tools such as MS office, Visio, R, Etc.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree

5 Years of Experience

PMI Certification

Ability to perform comples analysis using modeling, forecasting and statistical analysis methodologies.

Ability to prepare complex written and graphic reports that explain and interpret data trends

Knowledge of healthcare terminology, coding practices, and/or KPI definitions.

Experience leading and facilitating project teams from project inception through implementation.

The current salary range for this position is $35.84 to $49.28
