Reflect Practice Facilitator P/D - Developmental Screening & Enhancement Program

Per Diem position. Hours can be provided fully remote.
JOB SUMMARY:
Facilitates reflective practice to team members through supervision and mentorship, including individual and peer case consultation and feedback. Provides in-service clinical training, as needed. Assists in building and maintaining strong working relationships within the department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree
5 Years of Experience
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed
Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist
Endorsement as a reflective practice facilitator (RPF)
Experience with facilitating groups
Knowledge or training in evidence-based practices utilized in clinical interventions
5 years' clinical experience required post licensure
3 years' clinical supervision experience
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ Years of Experience
Endorsement as an early childhood mental health specialist (ECMHS)
Education or training in trauma-informed models
Experience working in mental health or behavioral health setting
The current salary range for this position is $64.37 to $88.51
