Under guidance from the Director of Supply Chain Management, coordinates & manages activities in the areas of warehousing, receiving & distribution. Oversees the entire supply chain process for all stock & special patient need supply items. Assists Director, as needed, in controlling expenses, project management, & problem resolution. Represents the Supply Chain Management department in product evaluation & acts on behalf of the SCM department on all supply matters with the clinical staff. Oversees warehouse staff in ensuring appropriate supply levels are consistently maintained & product is always readily available. Assists in the planning, development, implementation & evaluation of departmental operational management by maintaining effective standards, systems & processes to ensure the highest level of service is always in place to support the mission, goals, & objectives of Rady Children-s Hospital.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree
In lieu of the Associate degree, 3 years of experience working in a Supply Chain department at a medium or large organization will be accepted
5 Years of Experience
CA Driver's License
Knowledge of internal and external supply chain management
Knowledge of warehousing, distribution and supply funcations; applicable uniform commercial code regulations; and electronic data processing systems
Computer skills in word processing, database and spreadsheet applications.
Knowledge and understanding of inventory principles, methods and techniques.
Project management skills. Ability to plan, organize, and meet activity deadlines.
Ability to apply critical thinking skills and problem solving skills related to developing integrated strategies.

The current salary range for this position is $35.84 to $49.28
