JOB SUMMARY:

The Trauma Outreach Coordinator acts as the trauma program's primary liaison to referring hospitals, emergency departments, and medical facilities who currently or have desires to refer injured children to Rady Children's Hospital Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. The Trauma Outreach Coordinator also promotes the development, implementation, and management of the Trauma Survivors Network at Rady Children's Hospital.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree
5 Years of Experience
California RN License
NCC or ATCN
Experience caring for trauma patients
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ Years of Experience

The current salary range for this position is $52.95 to $72.81

A candidate’s placement in the range will be determined based on the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
