Value Analysis Specialist - Supply Chain Management

JOB SUMMARY:
The Value Analysis Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing cost-efficiency and quality in the procurement and utilization of medical supplies and equipment. This position requires a dedicated professional who can evaluate, analyze, and recommend strategies to enhance the value of healthcare products while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
4 Years of Experience
4 years prior bedside nursing experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various hospital departments
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and procurement processes
Experience in healthcare value analysis, supply chain, or a related field
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and familiarity with healthcare information systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
7 Years of Experience
Familiar with Rady Children's clinical supplies and applications
The expected hiring range for this position is $48.03 to $66.06
