JOB SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of the MPF Manager, the Athletic Trainer Supervisor manages,coordinates, plans, evaluates and improves the functions and activities of the Athletic Trainers and other assigned orthopedic clinical staff. The supervisor is responsible for facilitating effective and efficient team operations.  The Athletic Trainer Supervisor assists the Orthopedic Manager in the day-to-day management of the department operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

5 Years of Experience

BLS for Health Providers (AHA)

Nationally Board-Certified Athletic Trainer

Master's Degree in accredited Athletic Training program

Completion of an Athletic Training Residency/Fellowship Program or prior OR first assist experience

Prior experience providing clinical support in a physician practice setting

ATC Certification

Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior pediatric experience

Prior experience with EMR Systems

Bilingual - Spanish

The expected hiring range for this position is $35.84 to $49.28
