JOB SUMMARY:

Under the guidance and supervision of the HomeCare Pharmacy Manager, is responsible for oversight of the daily operations and supervision of delivery and warehouse personnel providing home care services for Home Infusion, Home Health and Home Medical Equipment provided directly to patients. Oversees, coordinates and manages warehouse, shipping, delivery and receiving. Represents HomeCare Supply Chain in strategic planning, supply matters with clinical staff, inventory control, and promotes department success and supports the mission, goals and objectives of the organization. Keeps up-to-date with current and emerging trends in regulation, technology, industry standards, and business practices. Assists the Pharmacy Manager and HomeCare Leadership in controlling expenses, project management, problem analysis and resolution, and delivery of a safe and ideal patient experience. Ensures warehouse operations and patient care services are in accordance with all RCHC/RCHSD policy and procedures, all laws, regulatory and accreditation standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

H.S. Diploma, GED or Equivalent

3 years of experience in home care, durable medical equipment or materials management

3 years of Leadership Experience

Current CA Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance

Knowledge of internal and external supply chain management

Knowledge of warehousing, distribution and supply functions; applicable pharmacy, supply, and DME regulations; and electronic data processing systems

Computer skills in word processing, database and spreadsheet applications

Knowledge and understanding of inventory principles, methods and techniques

Project management skills; Ability to plan, organize, and meet activity deadlines

Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills related to developing integrated strategies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

California Exemptee Certification

The expected hiring range for this position is $29.49 to $40.55
