JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Central Support, this position is assigned supervisory & clinical responsibilities over the coordination and operations of the departments & staff for Patient Care Services Central Support (Translation services, In House Patient Transport, PCAs, BHAs and Per diem RNs). Responsibilities include leading, supervising, & influencing the daily operational activities associated with the assigned team. Supports the overall business plan by monitoring team performance & outcomes relative to established goals/measurements. Plans and directs relevant departmental operations including ensuring adequate, competent staff. Monitors time and attendance and tracks and trends data related to operations, team performance, family satisfaction, patient outcomes, fiscal management and budgetary issues and other duties, as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

Nursing Diploma

3 Years of Experience

BLS for Health Providers (AHA)

California RN License

Ped Adv Life Support Prov (AHA) within 6 months of employment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Doctorate Degree (non MD)

5 Years of Experience

Ped Emgcy Asses, Rec & Stblztn (PEARS) (AHA)

The expected hiring range for this position is $67.58 to $92.92
